MICPA - CAANZ Programme

HELLO MY NEW FRIENDS !

On 19th September 2016, a new journey begin. Believe it or not I continued my study after I completed my accounting degree. Here in a college in Subang Jaya, I pursue my study for my professional certificate, Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) sponsored by Yayasan Peneraju Pendidikan Bumiputra.

FIRST WEEK 

First day in this programme of course I nervous as I know nobody but it doesn't matter as I can make new friends here.

There were many things happened throughout this week. Absolutely I learnt so many things which I believe I could not get it outside.

In this programme, there were two classes that we have to attend which is Taxation (MICPA module) and Nurture and Development programme.

Sir Ravi is a lecturer for our Taxation class and Mrs Aiza and Delicia for our NDP class. Thank you for teaching us. :)

I am very thankful to be here as I have learned on how to build relationship, discover myself, know my strengths and weaknesses, know my life goals and my career vision.

Yeah, here is the one thing that I learned which I need to be brave and speak up in order to be more confident. I used to not to share about myself but here I need to do it. Therefore, this is a good start for me to speak up and I hope I can be better.

Besides that, I also learned to accept people perceptions and not to be judgmental as everyone have their own opinion and perceptions. Thus, we need to respect it. Another one, I also learned to express feeling through MERPVS checklist. It is not only okay, good or bad but it must be specific like excited, energetic and so on. 

• Mentally
• Emotionally
• Relationally
• Physically
• Vocationally
• Spiritually

The best thing happened here was I got to know about my dreams and goals. I figured out during the imagination activity that have been conducted. I also got to know about myself better through Johari Window. There are four window about yourself

1. Open (You know and others know)
2. Blind (Others know but you do not know)
3. Hidden (You know but others do not know)
4. Unknown (Both you and others do not know)

 I got new friends ! I also started to know them much more better especially through the activity that we need to share with three people regarding these

• Tell me one thing that you like about me
• Tell me one thing that I do not know about you
• What is the one thing that we might have in common

But, the worst thing happened this week was I could not answer Delicia question about my strength during my lifeline actitivity. I felt bad about it. Sorry Delicia, I will try to be better next time.

Oh yeah ! This week I succeed to be friendly with my new friends and remove the barrier. As I know that I am not so friendly especially with new friend. And I got to know the hidden me. :)
Achievement unlocked ! 

Another one I got to speak English again !

Before I forgot here is one of the achievement that I never imagine. I created a BLOG !
